Creator, all that You are, for us and all our relationships, and all our ancestors and all their relationships throughout all space, time, dimension, realms, and lifetimes, we ask humbly and gratefully…
For all the times we felt out of balance with our environment, with our community, with our family, with our relationships, with ourselves
– please help us to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any time we tried to achieve balance in our lives through strategizing with the mind and sheer force of will and it didn’t work no matter how hard we tried;
for the times we fell out of balance because of it or others fell out of balance because of our actions – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For the times we were unable to effectively and compassionately harness our passions, and for the times our passions ran unchecked and undisciplined,
for all the hurt and harm that arose from that, and for the times we experienced this from others; for codependency and other addictive patterns of behavior, for choices made based on our desires rather than wisdom, and all that arose from these choices – and for all the times we were forced to experience the fallout from such choices from others – and all that emanated out in the lineage because of it – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any time we acted because we felt pushed, hurried, or desperate, and for the times we suffered because others felt and acted this way;
for the times any of us saw life only through the lens of lack and want; for any time we wouldn’t or couldn’t ask for help when we needed it; for the times we asked for help and no one came to our rescue, and for any time we tried to help others, but it was too late, or we were unable to help them in the way they needed – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For misunderstandings, miscommunications, arguments, disagreements, divorce, estrangement, battles, wars, and holocausts –
all that led up to these and all that we felt because of it – for all survivors guilt, for not feeling worthy to receive friendship or love – for any time we experienced separation from each other, ourselves and You, Higher Power – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For the times we were shunned, lost, or forcibly removed from our family, tribe, or culture and for any time we did this to others –
and all that we felt because of it — please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.
