Creator, All that You are,
we ask humbly and gratefully for us and our ancestors and all their relationships throughout all space, time, dimension, realms, lifetimes, and incarnations:
For all the times as children, we witnessed our parents fighting,
and all the hurt we experienced in that space, for the powerlessness we felt to stop them, for the letdown that such negativity even existed, and for the times we asked beseechingly, “Where’s the love?”
Please help us all to forgive our parents. Help them forgive each other. Help us all to forgive ourselves.

For all the times as children, we felt the fights between our parents were our fault,
and for all we made it mean about ourselves; for anytime their anger was projected onto us, or we projected anger onto others; for anytime any of us felt the visceral force of our parents’ anger in the womb – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.
