Creator, God, Higher Power, Great Spirit, Holy Mother, Divine Being – You are known by many names, and You are One. We thank You for the Your bountiful blessings.
We ask humbly and gratefully
for me and all my relationships and all my ancestors and all their relationships throughout all time, space, dimension, realms, and incarnations –
For loneliness and all the letdown around it, for any time we felt disconnected from our mother, father, or siblings, and for the deep loss we felt because of it – please help us all forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any time we were isolated from outside support,
were blamed, shamed, or misunderstood, and for any negative self-image we believed about ourselves; for any time our boundaries were violated, or we disrespected the boundaries of others; for all denial we experienced in others or ourselves and for all that led up to it and arose from it – please help us all to release one another and release ourselves, forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For all the times of struggle, misunderstanding, arguments,
resentments, disputes, fights, battles, and wars; for the times we found ourselves caught up in them through our fears, experienced the trauma and horror of these events; and for the times we realized, however subconsciously, that our very participation in these events in any way went against the knowing and yearnings of our heart – for all the events that led up to these experiences and all that followed going forward into the lineage because of them – please help us all to forgive anyone and help us to forgive ourselves – please help us to forgive and release each other and forgive and release ourselves, for all that happened, no matter what it was.

For all neglect, abandonment, or shunning
and for all manipulative behaviors and control issues we experienced and the inverse; for any poor communication and all that it caused; and for any sense of unworthiness we experienced in others or ourselves – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any time we suppressed our emotions to keep ourselves safe
and protected in our search for security, and for any time we dissociated emotions from our awareness and repressed them, making them run unconsciously in our lives; for all substance and process addictions we developed because of our unresolved trauma– and all the suffering that came because of it – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any lack of accountability in those who had power over us as children
and all we felt because of it, especially when we were alone with the hurt and didn’t know how to process it in a healthy way; for the times we felt responsible for someone else’s disappointment; for the times we felt that we were a personal failure and for any time we felt blamed for being the person we were, and for any other toxicity we experienced or caused in relationship to others or ourselves – please help us all to forgive everyone involved, for all of it, no matter what it was, and help us all to forgive ourselves. Help us all to find release one another and release ourselves and find peace with one another and find peace with ourselves.
