Great Spirit, Creator, Oneness, Infinite One, God – You are known by many names, and You are One. We thank You for the bountiful blessings you shower upon us. We ask humbly and gratefully for all our ancestors and us and all our relationships through all space, time, dimension, realms, and incarnations –
For all the times we were told or shown or believed we weren’t enough and for all we made it mean about ourselves, others, the world, life, and even You, Great Spirit – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves.

For any time we felt unworthy to receive love and for whenever others pushed away our love or rejected us, especially in primary family relationships; for any self-doubt, fear, insecurity, or feelings of inadequacy; and for any time we didn’t feel safe to own our power – please help us to forgive and release one another and ourselves.

For any time we felt disempowered by oppressive parents, relationships, authority figures, or bullies in life, all that led up to this and all that arose from it, any unhealthy judgments we made because of it, any inverse burden, and anytime anyone felt the energy of this in the womb – please help us all forgive everyone involved directly or indirectly and help us forgive and release ourselves.

For any time we believed that we were only worthy if we were useful or productive and did not believe in our inherent value; for any time we felt we had to prove ourselves one way or another in order to feel safe, be accepted, or loved; for the times we took on the burden of others insecurities, and for any time we judged ourselves as inadequate because we weren’t perfect – please help us all to forgive one another and forgive ourselves, find peace with one another and ourselves. Now and forever.
