I had the pleasure of speaking with Bernadette Desir on her podcast with her partner, Helena Angela.
I shared about
I shared about my spiritual awakening experience and how it has helped me to heal from past trauma.
Key Themes – Letting go of burdens
One of the key themes that I explored was the idea that we all come into life with unfinished business and unresolved burdens from our ancestors. I believe that by acknowledging and working through these issues, we can free ourselves from the pain and suffering that they cause. I included an Ancestral Clearing experience for the listeners. Ancestral Clearing is a process taught by John Newton and pioneered by Howard Wills.
I also spoke about chronic pain and the role that yoga and spiritual practices can play in healing it.
I encourage my students and clients to cultivate a deep sense of awareness and presence and to approach their bodies with compassion and gentleness.
My teachings overall
Overall, my teachings are grounded in the belief that true healing requires us to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves. By doing so, I believe that we can all achieve greater levels of peace, joy, and fulfillment in our lives. We can heal and recover and live our best life.
