Releasing inherited patterns of scarcity, survival, and struggle around food
Our relationship with food can carry stories much older than we realize.
Experiences of famine, war, poverty, scarcity, illness, migration, and food insecurity can echo through generations, while our own earliest experiences of feeding, comfort, and receiving can shape how we relate to nourishment today.
In this Ancestral Clearing workshop, we’ll gently explore and clear inherited patterns around food, scarcity, receiving, survival, and enoughness – creating space for a more peaceful relationship with nourishment.
This isn’t about dieting or what you “should” eat. It’s about becoming curious about what your body and lineage may be carrying and creating greater safety around receiving what sustains you.
What if it could feel safe to be nourished?
