Learn what trauma is, our current understanding of how trauma affects us, and what it means to be "trauma-informed." Individual trauma, collective trauma, and historical trauma are covered. Students will also have an experience of Ancestral Clearing and learn basic trauma-informed yogic techniques to enhance their recovery.
