      Ancestral wisdom is the accumulated emotional, spiritual, and practical knowledge passed down through our lineage—whether consciously shared through stories and rituals, or unconsciously through patterns, behaviors, and beliefs. It includes the lived experience of those who came before us: how they adapted, survived, suffered, healed, and found meaning in their lives.

      This wisdom is held in both our genes and our energy, in our nervous systems, emotional imprints, family systems, and even the unspoken agreements passed from generation to generation.

      It’s not about idolizing the past—it’s about acknowledging what we’ve inherited so that we can make conscious choices about what to carry forward, what to heal, and what to release.

      🌍 Why is ancestral wisdom important in today’s world?
      Because we are walking around with unhealed stories in our bodies—and many of them didn’t start with us.
